From SOJ February/March 1980:

The organ came from the Methodist Church, Gladesville. The builder is unknown but thought to be Australian from about 1890-1905. it is reputed to have contained cardboard pipes. The organ is almost entirely built of Red Cedar, the casework of Tasmanian Blackwood. It was restored by Brown & Arkley in 1978 with alterations to contain the following specification:
