1965 Davis & Laurie, Enl.1987 Trevor Bunning 2m., 5 rks. ext., el.pn.

From 2001 OHTA Conference handbook:

The organ was built by Davis and Laurie of Moorabbin, Victoria and is known as the Davis & Laurie 'Chorale' organ model U.201.3. It was dedicated in April 1965. The console has two manuals, each 61 notes from CC, and a pedal board of 32 notes from CCC. There are sixteen stops and a balanced crescendo pedal.

Pipework before 1987: One 16ft rank, one 8ft rank, two 4ft ranks, providing a total of 201 pipes, all unenclosed.
Action; Soundboards - electro-pneumatic. Console - electric.

Special Provisions: The design permits later addition of an enclosed swell organ without discarding any parts of this organ, the capacity of the blower and wind regulator being adequate to supply four additional ranks and the electrical system being capable of modification also to accommodate up to four additional ranks of pipes. In 1987 Trevor Bunning, one of the organists, made several additions to the organ. A Gamba rank was installed and its tab now replaces the Dulciana tab of Manual Two. The bass of the Open Diapason rank has been extended, and a Principal 8' subsequently added to the pedal.
